1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to winzit, an online gaming platform operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and winzit ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of winzit constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as well as any amendments or modifications we may implement from time to time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at our sole discretion, and such changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to register an account and use winzit services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for users located within the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account creation and during each gaming session. Users accessing winzit from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from using our services.

2.3 Account Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and valid identification documents. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one account with winzit. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered to other persons, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void associated transactions, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses derived therefrom.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following activities while using winzit services:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Employing bots, scripts, automated systems, or any third-party software to manipulate gameplay, gain unfair advantage, or interfere with platform operations.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account information, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the system.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain financial benefit. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to our support team.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory conduct toward other players, customer support staff, or any representative of winzit.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary algorithms underlying our games or platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. winzit reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

winzit accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on our platform. Funds deposited into your account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal procedures and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-4 hours for GCash and Maya, and up to 24-48 hours for bank transfers. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

4.3 Verification Requirements

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws, winzit implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal or at any time upon request. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and selfie verification holding your ID.

4.4 Fees and Charges

winzit does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and the sole responsibility of the User. Currency conversion fees may apply if transactions involve currencies other than PHP.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

winzit offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 before withdrawal eligibility. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or less). Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or employing betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture, account closure, and confiscation of any associated winnings. winzit reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or modify bonus terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on winzit are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined purely by chance and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by winzit or any player. We do not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) percentage, though RTP information for individual games is available from the respective game providers.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and adhere to fair play standards. Any attempt to cheat, collude, or gain unfair advantage through technical exploits or otherwise will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. Gameplay is subject to monitoring, and winzit reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or take other corrective action if unfair play is detected.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

winzit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to you, provided you have met all verification requirements and are not in breach of these Terms.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion will remain closed for the specified exclusion period and cannot be reopened during that time.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

winzit provides gaming services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the availability of any specific game or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall winzit, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of winzit services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against winzit. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

10. Responsible Gaming

winzit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
